JOHANNA F. ZERINGUE is an associate attorney with the firm of Vogt & Resnick, and is a member of the firm’s Estate Planning and Probate Group.

MS. ZERINGUE DEVOTES HER TIME on counseling clients in all areas of estate planning, trust, probate and conservatorship law. Her primary focus is the efficient administration of trust and probate estates and the preparation of revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and planned gifts.

MS. ZERINGUE IS MEMBER of the California Bar and holds a membership in the Orange County Bar Association (Trusts & Estates and Elder Law sections). Additionally, Ms. Zeringue is licensed to practice before the United States District Court.

MS. ZERINGUE RECEIVED HER JURIS Doctor Degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1999. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from the University of California, Los Angeles.
