JEANY DUFF is an associate attorney with Vogt, Resnick & Sherak and a member of the firm’s Business and Litigation Groups.

MS. DUFF ASSIST IN ALL ASPECTS of business, corporate, and employment law. Ms. Duff represents and counsels clients with a range of business law topics including employment-related issues such as wage and hour and workplace discrimination and harassment, as well as corporate disputes including breach of contract, negligence, fraud and collections.

MS. DUFF IS A MEMBER OF THE CALIFORNIA State Bar. She is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association (Business Litigation Section) and the Orange County Korean American Bar Association.

MS. DUFF OBTAINED HER JURIS Doctor Degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California where she served as an editor for the Entertainment Law Review. Ms.Duff received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Law & Society from the University of California Santa Barbara where she was a member of the Dean’s List of Academic Achievement.
