HEATHER M. PECK is an attorney with Vogt & Resnick and a member of the firm’s Business and Litigation Groups.

MS. PECK ASSISTS IN ALL ASPECTS of business, corporate, and employment law. In addition to providing advice regarding entity formation for new businesses, she also represents clients in a broad range of employment law matters including wage and hour issues, discrimination and sexual harassment, and trade secrets. Ms. Peck counsels businesses on workplace harassment prevention and provides training and education on this topic for employees and managers as well.

MS. PECK IS A MEMEBER OF THE CALIFORNIA State Bar. She is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association (Labor and Employment Law Section) and the American Bar Association.

MS. PECK OBTAINED HER JURIS Doctor Degree from Santa Clara School of Law in 2007. She received her Master of Arts Degree from the University of Amsterdam in 2002. Ms. Peck earned her B.A. in History with a Business minor from San Jose State University in 1999.
