DAVID A. SHERAK is a partner with the firm of Vogt & Resnick and is a member of the firms Business, Estate and Tax Groups. In addition to assisting clients in all aspects of estate planning, probate, trust and conservatorship law, Mr. Sherak also devotes his time to counseling and guiding businesses through a wide range of transactional issues, including partnership and corporate formation, mergers, dissolution and taxation.

MR. SHERAK IS A MEMBER OF THE California State Bar and holds membership in both the Orange County Bar Association and the American Bar Association (Taxation and Law Practice Management sections). Additionally, he is licensed to practice before the United States District Courts in California and the United States Tax Court.

MR. SHERAK'S COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT includes participation in the Chapman University School of Law Taxpayer Clinic and he is a member of the Orange County Chapter of the Planned Giving Roundtable. Also, Mr. Sherak is a member of the Chapman University School of Law Alumni Board.

MR. SHERAK RECEIVED HIS JURIS DOCTOR DEGREE from Chapman University School of Law, where he served on the Honors Appellate Moot Court Board, received academic distinction in taxation and taxation of business organizations and completed the Tax Emphasis program concurrently with his legal curriculum. He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree from San Diego State University, California.
