CHARLES C. MCKENNA is an associate attorney with Vogt & Resnick and is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Business Groups. In addition to counseling numerous corporate clients in all aspects of business and employment law, Mr. McKenna is an experienced litigator. He has represented clients in many state and federal court cases, including contract, copyright, fraud and employment law matters. Mr. McKenna has secured a seven figure jury verdict in a state court case as well as a defense verdict in a multi-million dollar federal case on behalf of his clients.

MR. MCKENNA’S PRACTICE ALSO INCLUDES appellate work. He has presented briefs in all levels of the appellate system, through both the California and United States Supreme Courts, and has argued many cases at the appellate level.

MR. MCKENNA IS A MEMBER OF THE California State Bar, the Orange County Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. Additionally, he is licensed to practice before the United States District Court and United States Bankruptcy Court. He is also active in alumni affairs with Loyola Law School.

MR. MCKENNA RECEIVED HIS JURIS DOCTORATE DEGREE from Loyola Law School in 1993. He graduated with Honors from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 1989. He and his wife and three children reside in Newport Beach.
