MARY BETH VASQUEZ is an associate with the firm of Vogt & Resnick and is a member of the firm’s Business, Tax and Estate Planning Groups.

MS. VASQUEZ ASSISTS CLIENTS in all aspects of estate planning from the preparation of estate planning documents to the post-mortem administration of the trust or estate. Additionally, she assists clients with their business planning needs by aiding in the formation of various business entities, preparing the necessary contracts to be used within, and consulting on the wide range of various tax issues that arise over the course of business operations.

MS. VASQUEZ IS MEMBER of the California State Bar and the Arizona State Bar. She is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association, Riverside County Bar Association (Probate and Trusts Sections) and the Riverside Estate Planning Council. She is licensed to practice before the United States District Courts in California and the United States Tax Court.

MS. VASQUEZ RECEIVED HER JURIS Doctor Degree from the University of San Diego in 1998. She also received a Masters Degree in Law in Taxation from Golden Gate University in 1999. Ms. Vasquez received her B.A. in Political Science from Arizona State University where she was a member of the Dean's List for Outstanding Academic Achievement and the Political Science Honor Society.
